Before a cleaning crew enters your building after hours, you need two things: proof that they are insured against damage or injury, and confidence that the company has the track record to back its claims. We provide both.

General liability insurance

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Minnesota. This coverage protects your building and its contents in the event of accidental damage caused by our crew during service. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote — you receive it before any agreement is signed, not after you ask for it.

Workers' compensation

Our crew members are covered by workers' compensation insurance. This matters to facility managers because it means you are not exposed to claims arising from a crew member injured on your property during a cleaning visit.

Bonding

We are bonded. A janitorial bond provides coverage in the event of employee theft. Hiring an uninsured or unbonded crew to access your building after hours is an exposure that is easy to avoid — ask any vendor for documentation before they start, and expect it without asking from a contractor who takes credentials seriously.

22 years in business

Hampton Office Cleaning has been in commercial cleaning for 22 years. A company with 22 years of client relationships in this region has not built that by cutting corners on insurance, crew quality, or scope execution. The track record is the strongest credential we have, and we put it on every page of this site because it is the most relevant fact for a facility manager evaluating a cleaning contractor.
