We do not publish a rate card because a rate without a scope attached is not a real number — it is a starting point for a negotiation that does not help you budget accurately. What determines your cost

| Frequency | Nightly service costs less per visit than once-a-week service at the same scope, because soil accumulates — a once-weekly clean takes proportionally longer. |
| After-hours vs. daytime | After-hours service is standard for most offices and is priced as such. Daytime cleaning with staff present takes longer and is quoted accordingly. |
| Special requirements | Secure areas, multiple access points, or specific product requirements add to scope time. |

Periodic services
Carpet extraction and hard-floor care are quoted separately as periodic services. Frequency, square footage, and floor condition all affect the price. In Minnesota, we typically recommend entry-area carpet extraction at least twice per year due to salt and sand accumulation from November through April.
